My girls are still young enough that we buy all of their clothes for them, usually without their input. And I can assure you that there is nothing “sexy” in their wardrobes.
Dave – do you think this is a more american issue – i.e. the pageants where we make 6 year olds look 18 etc?
I’m in the same spot as you – nothing ‘sexy’ in their wardrobes, but we have stores around here. I know La Senza for Girls used to have some inappropriate stuff that caused some fuss, but I still don’t get why some parents would buy that for their girls. It’s a twisted sense of what ‘cute’ means…
